Service Description
This coordination service is typically booked 3-4 weeks ahead of the wedding day. We will discuss all of your wedding details via conference call. Please come prepared with all details and contact information for us. Our discussion will end with the expectation of taking over full communication with all vendors, oversee and delegate tasks day-of in regards to set up & guest arrival, and carryout a seamless event from start to finish.
