How Do I Book EBM to plan my party?

Visit our "Book" tab, scroll to "Party Planner Request," read all details and book. This request has a fee of $20. Please provide all the details requested.

Can I book décor items outside of a party planner request?

Yes, all décor rental items can be booked together in one full order. Visit our "Rentals" tab to build your cart. All items are available for in-house use, delivery and pick up.

Where is your event space located?

Our event space is located West Madison Wisconsin, at 6527 Normandy Lane, Ste 200, Madison WI 53719. When entering our building, you can either take the stairs to your left, or the elevator to your right, to the second floor. 

How can I check to see if my event date is available for event space booking?

Yes, visit our "Book" tab, scroll down to "Event Space Rental" and check your date. Dates not available, will not appear for booking.

How do I book your event space?

Visit our "book" tab, and scroll down to "event space Rental" find your date on our calendar, fill in our rental form, and pay $100 Deposit. Our team will issue your final invoice, balance due seven days before your event date.

Is my Deposit refundable?

Deposits are 100% refundable, unless contract is not met (damages, cleaning requirements, altercations) OR canceled before the event date. All deposits will be credited towards a future event date valid until December 31st, of the current year.

Is my Booking Fee refundable?

All Booking Fees are non refundable.

Why is there a Catering Fee on my invoice?

Catering fees are required for any and all food brought into our facility.
